At Cuore Systems we develop and produce our polyurethane, epoxy and mineral floor systems at our own address. No distant supply chains, no uncertainty about origin or availability: from raw material to end product we keep the process in our own hands. Everything under one roof
The raw materials that form the basis of our floor systems arrive in our production workshop. Here they are weighed, mixed and turned into the products that application companies and installers use every day. By managing this entire process ourselves, we know exactly what is in each product and how it behaves.
Shorter lines, faster service
Local production means short lines. A customer’s question does not have to travel through a long international chain — it goes straight to the people who make the products. That allows us to respond quickly, deliver smoothly and think along on specific projects. We deliberately keep stock of finished materials, so that an order does not have to wait.
Quality we keep in our own hands
Because we produce ourselves, we also carry out the checks ourselves. We monitor every batch according to our own standards. We mix colours to measure on our own colour machines, in the full RAL and NCS palette, exactly as a project requires. That direct quality control is one of the main reasons why we choose to produce in house.
Flexibility and bespoke work
No two projects are identical. One site asks for a specific shade, another for an adapted composition or a combination of systems. Because we have production in our own hands, we can respond to that without depending on external suppliers. Bespoke work is not an exception for us, but a logical consequence of how we work.
More than a product
For us, local production is about reliability. Customers know where their materials come from, can count on consistent quality and on a contact who knows the products inside out. It is a deliberate choice — and one we make again every day, drum by drum.
